Detroit is in a rebuilding phase and all their young talent is crucial to staying on track to be successful. One of those pieces is Anthony Mantha. Mantha has been a consistent point producer since his debut in the 2015-16 season. He just inked himself a pretty nice deal for himself today as he signs a four-year extension with annual pay of $5.7 million a season.
The #RedWings today signed right wing Anthony Mantha to a four-year contract.

Mantha has had some extreme flashes of superstar potential in his short career already. One of those highlights was his four-goal game against Dallas this past season. With Mantha sticking around for the near future and beyond, I can say Detroit will be looking dangerous for years when this rebuild finally pays off.
