The Sabres have secured one of their top, young talented players for at least one more season. Sam Reinhart has re-signed in Buffalo on a one year deal that will see him make $5.2 million for the season. Reinhart was selected second overall in the 2014 NHL Draft by Buffalo behind Aaron Ekblad.

Reinhart has a lot of upside to his game for the Sabres. He has scored over 20 goals in each of his last three seasons with the club. His career-high for points is 65 in the 2018-19 season and has tallied 109 goals and 146 assists for 255 points in 400 career games. He will probably be put on the line of Eichel and Hall to start the year and that has a lot of potential to be a deadly line combination. What do you think of the signing?
